Welcome to Membnex! These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement entered into by and between Hubei Bangkai Technology Co., Ltd. ("we," "our," or "us") and any individual or entity accessing or using the Membnex platform ("you" or "user").

By accessing or using our website at https://www.membnex.com and its related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

1. Services & Platforms

Membnex is an intelligent B2B industrial technology platform focusing on chemical separation technologies, specifically industrial molecular sieve membranes such as Silicalite-1. Our platform architecture utilizes modern edge and cloud frameworks, hosting frontend services on Vercel and processing user credentials and database instances through Supabase.

Disclaimer of Warranty: Any technical specifications, academic literature graphs, calculations, and matching models generated or simulated on the Platform are for industrial preliminary assessment and informational purposes only. They do not constitute guaranteed engineering properties or contractual specifications. Actual chemical and industrial performance must be verified through offline professional testing and pilot operations.

2. User Accounts & Security

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register and create an account:

  • You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete details about yourself or your organization during registration.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials (including your password and multi-factor authentication codes). Any activity conducted under your account is legally deemed your own action.
  • We secure and store your account data via Supabase. While we implement industry-standard encryption, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All original content, designs, source code, systems, 3D interactive simulations, chemical process figures, and "Membnex" brand assets displayed on the Platform are the exclusive property of Hubei Bangkai Technology Co., Ltd. and its licensors.

No portion of the Platform may be scraped, copied, modified, reverse-engineered, or exploited for any commercial purposes without our prior express written authorization. We reserve all rights to pursue legal action against intellectual property infringement.

4. Prohibited Activities

When interacting with the Platform, you agree not to:

  1. Use automated systems, scripts, web crawlers, or scrapers to extract data or technical reports without explicit permission;
  2. Attempt to bypass security controls, reverse-engineer platform APIs, or launch cyberattacks (such as DDoS or SQL injection) targeting our Vercel or Supabase systems;
  3. Transmit false tech listings, counterfeit patent licenses, or academic-integrity-violating information.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, as well as any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China (without regard to conflict of laws principles).

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from these Terms that cannot be settled amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the People's Court of the East Lake High-Tech Development Zone, Wuhan, Hubei Province, China (where Hubei Bangkai Technology Co., Ltd. is registered).

6. Term Changes & Updates

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time to reflect legislative updates or changes in platform features. Revised terms will become effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
